St. Thomas, ON — Velocity is proud to announce a new front-end update for American-Canadian Tour (ACT Tour) chassis, reinforcing the company’s commitment to continued development and support for both WMI customers and teams running other makes and models.
The American-Canadian Tour, known throughout the region as the ACT Tour, is one of the most competitive touring series in North America, with strong fields and tough short track racing across the Northeast and most notably Quebec. This update is designed to build on what teams already have by refining front end performance and continuing to improve platforms that are already fast and competitive.
“ACT Tour racing is demanding, and the cars are already at a very high level,” said Terry Simpson, Director of Competition at Velocity. “This update is about making good cars better, supporting our WMI customers, and offering a solid upgrade path for teams running other chassis as well.”
The front-end update has been developed with long term improvement in mind. Velocity also offers complete ACT Tour chassis options for teams interested in purchasing a new car.

St. Thomas, ON — Velocity Race Cars has announced the immediate availability of a new bolt-on front-end update for existing WMI Pro Late Model and Outlaw Late Model chassis, with compatibility extending to other Pro Late Model platforms. The update is aimed at helping teams prepare for the 2026 season while continuing to build on proven Velocity designs.
This update reinforces Velocity Race Cars’ commitment to supporting current customers and improving existing cars rather than replacing them. By continuing to refine established platforms, Velocity is focused on pushing Late Model performance forward while giving racers a clear upgrade path.
“This update is about continuing to move forward while taking care of the customers who already trust our cars,” said Terry Simpson, Director of Competition at Velocity Race Cars. “We’re focused on improving what’s already out there and helping teams get ready for what’s next.”
The front-end update is a bolt-on upgrade available for an update fee. Teams interested in pricing, availability, and application details are encouraged to contact Velocity Race Cars directly.

St. Thomas, ON — Velocity has introduced a new front-end update for its Super Stock chassis, continuing the company’s focus on supporting current racers while building on an already competitive Super Stock platform.
Developed to enhance proven cars currently on the track, this update allows teams to make targeted improvements without changing the core strengths of their existing chassis. Velocity’s approach centers on refinement and progression, giving racers the opportunity to keep improving equipment that is already performing at a high level.
“Our Super Stock cars are already competitive, and this update is about continuing to build on that foundation,” said Terry Simpson, Director of Competition at Velocity. “It gives us the ability to keep improving the platform while offering racers a straightforward way to take advantage of that development.”
The front-end update is designed to integrate with existing Super Stock chassis, preserving balance and consistency while supporting ongoing development. This philosophy allows Velocity to keep advancing the platform while ensuring continuity for teams already invested in it.
Additional information regarding availability and application will be shared directly with customers.
For more information, teams are encouraged to contact Velocity directly.
